Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• (a) Cancelled 31 days or more prior to pick-up date: Full Deposit Refund
• (b) Cancelled within 14–30 days of pick-up date: 50% Deposit Refund
• (c) Cancelled 1–13 days prior to pick-up date: 25% Deposit Refund
• (d) Cancelled on the day of pick-up or no-show: No Refund Available
• (e) Early Return: No Refund
